Meredith Flynn-Ripley
Chief Executive Officer

Meredith Flynn-Ripley was appointed CEO of Integra5 in March of 2006 and has spent the majority of her career building and leading new companies.

Prior to working with Integra5, Meredith served as president and CEO of three private software companies in the Boston area; Stargus, a broadband cable network management software company with customers such as Time-Warner Cable and UPC, which was acquired by C-COR.net; Seaport Software Solutions, a company specializing in application delivery and management technology for Fortune 100 enterprises that was acquired by Softricity; and Into Networks, which provides a software-on-demand technology platform designed exclusively for broadband networks.

Meredith was a founding member of Road Runner, the high speed data joint venture of Time Warner, MediaOne (now Comcast), Microsoft and Compaq (now HP), where she served as Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to Road Runner, Meredith was Vice President of Product Development at MediaOne Broadband Internet Services. In that position she was responsible for product management of MediaOne Express, the company’s high speed data service, and DiveIn its local online programming initiative.

Earlier in her career, Meredith held senior management positions at US WEST Communications, including head of Content Strategy for the Interactive Television trial in Omaha. She pioneered the interactive media and technology space starting back in 1985 at Ogilvy & Mather Interactive, working with clients such as American Express and AT&T in mediums including online services and interactive television.



Tim Allen
Chief Financial Officer

Tim Allen is a 30-year high tech veteran with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate financings, venture financings, international operations, strategic partnering, software license negotiations and banking relationships.  

Prior to Integra5, Tim served as the Chief Financial Officer of I-E Engine, a leading provider of Benefits Lifecycle Management solutions and services, for three years. Before I-E Engine, Tim held a variety of positions at GeoTel Communications, including vice president of finance, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary.  He was CFO during the company’s IPO in November 1996 and served as a Finance Director at Cisco Systems after its 1999 acquisition of GeoTel.  

Earlier in his career, Tim served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Object Design Inc., Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for XyVision, Inc., and Corporate Controller at Nixdorf Computer Corporation. Tim received a B.S. in Accounting from Merrimack College and an M.B.A. from Babson College.

Gene Lew
Vice President, Products and Strategy

Gene Lew has more than 25 years of technology management and engineering expertise in the telecom, cable, Internet and multimedia industries. During the course of his career, he has worked with some of the nation’s top cable and telecom operators and has been directly involved in the development of key IP communications technologies, including DSL, FTTH and cable modem services.

Before joining Integra5, Gene served as vice president of IP Advanced Technology for international directory services provider NeuStar, where he led the technology strategy for its global IP product offering. Prior to that, as chief technology officer for PAIX/Switch and Data, North America's largest Internet exchange, he oversaw its Peering and Internet eXchange technology and services.

Gene spent more than a decade working for multiple national, tier-one cable operators. He was a consultant to Adelphia, Comcast and Cox, providing strategic guidance on IP strategy, operations and engineering design. He served as vice president of Advanced Technology for Road Runner, Time Warner Cable’s Internet division, managing technology strategy and development efforts for its broadband voice, video and data offerings.

Before Road Runner, Gene was vice president of Advanced Technology with Verizon, deploying the nation’s first commercial FTTH deployment – what is now Verizon FiOS – in Toms River, N.J., as well as the first commercial rollout of DSL broadband technology. His engineering team at Verizon developed the architectural foundation employed in many digital set-top boxes used today by DirecTV, Motorola and Cisco, among others. He began his career at MCI, where he participated in some of the earliest developments of emerging VPN, messaging and IP networking technologies.

Gene and his engineering teams have been granted more than 25 patents worldwide, with numerous others pending.

Steve Borelli
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

Steve Borelli has more than 15 years of marketing, product management and business development experience in the telecommunications, cable broadband and enterprise software and systems industries.

Before joining Integra5, Steve served as Vice President of Broadband Markets for Comverse.  In this role he led global marketing and business development for the cable, satellite and IPTV markets. Prior to Comverse, Steve spent six years with CSG Systems most recently as Vice President of Business Development where he played a key role in directing companywide initiatives to support the cable broadband industry and develop growth initiatives for CSG.

Steve spent seven years with U S WEST (now Qwest Communications) where he served as Director of Video and Online Services for their Broadband Services division and was responsible for product management of the VDSL and cable delivered services. Steve was also involved with early deployments of video on demand, online content and other interactive TV services.

Earlier in his career, Steve was part of the cable industry’s first cable modem deployments as the Director of Marketing at Jones Internet Channel. In this role he was responsible for overall marketing strategy and execution for cable modem Internet access and Web-based community content. Steve holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Nimrod Gal-Oz
Vice President, Research and Development

Nimrod Gal-Oz has over 15 years of experience in network-based large real-time systems for both wired and wireless telephony. Prior to joining Integra5 he led the server software development group for SigmaOne, a cellular technology company that built one of the world’s first cellular handset location systems. Prior to SigmaOne, Nimrod led a software development team at Telrad Israel, which was a Nortel partner at that time.

Earlier in his career, Nimrod headed the software department of Terra Computers, a start-up company that designed, developed and sold parallel processing-based supercomputers to customers in the scientific research community.

Nimrod maintains overall responsibility of Integra5’s Research and Development operations. He likes to be ‘hands on’ and frequently prefers to interact with customers directly in order to get a first-hand impression about their needs and feedback. During his tenure with Integra5, Nimrod has delivered major product enhancements and is the author of six patents. He holds a Bs.C in Computer Science from the Ben-Gurion University, Israel.

Giora Keinan
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Giora Keinan is responsible for Integra5's overall technology and product operations and serves as General Manager of its R&D facility in Israel. He also oversees Integra5’s QA operations, reflecting the company’s emphasis on product quality.

As a co-founder, Giora produced the initial development plan for the i5 Converged Service Delivery Platform, and served as the company's VP of Research and Development for its first three years, leading the company through its initial product development and first customer deployment.

Giora’s background includes more than 15 years of research and development experience in communications and computer infrastructure. Prior to co-founding Integra5, he served as VP of Research and Development for UniTel Communications, a pioneer in the field of unified messaging. Earlier in his career he was a lead developer for data products at Motorola Communications.

Giora has more than ten patents in the fields of image processing, unified messaging and multimedia systems. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Ben Gurion University in Israel.


Ed Perry
Vice President, Sales

As vice president of sales, Ed Perry is responsible for developing and implementing Integra5’s sales strategy across the cable, telco and Internet portal service provider markets in North America.

Ed has over twenty-five years of experience in business consulting and sales management. Prior to joining Integra5, he served as vice president of sales for the Eastern U.S. and Canada at Telution Inc., which was acquired by CSG Systems, one of the largest providers of cable TV Operations Support Systems (OSS). Ed was Telution’s leading revenue producer and the first to sell the company’s OSS system, COMX, a comprehensive suite of customer, order, and service request management and billing applications, to the cable TV industry.

Prior to Telution, Ed served as sales director for Bowstreet, Inc., a leading provider of Internet portal-based tools and technology, which was acquired by IBM. Earlier in his career, Ed was a key sales executive for Kenan Systems, closing multi-million dollar deals in the US, Canada, Latin America and Australia, and directly contributing to the company's growth from a small consulting firm to a major software company, which was sold to Lucent for $1.5 Billion. Ed has also held sales and management consulting positions at Oracle Corporation, Robert Bell & Co., and Touche Ross & Co. Ed holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Ithaca College and an M.B.A. from Boston University.

 

Marion Mendelsohn
Vice President, Client Services and Support

Marion Mendelsohn has more than 20 years of customer service and business/support operations experience in the high tech industry, focused mainly on wireline and wireless enhanced services.

Before joining Integra5, Marion worked at Comverse (acquired Boston Technology in 1998) for 10 years in a number of different positions. In her latest role, she served as the Area Vice President for Business Systems Operations and Quality Programs. Marion's charter was to improve business systems and practices in order to achieve greater efficiencies in reporting project milestones, P&L metrics and automating revenue recognition processes. In addition to this, she also implemented a Customer Satisfaction database, corrective action tracking program and metrics project portal that allowed increased accountability and follow-through with customers.

Prior to that position, Marion ran the Customer Service organization as its Area Vice President. As part of the Global Senior Service Team, she was primarily charged with building an organization in the Americas to oversee all aspects of customer service functions. Over the years, Marion was able to increase overall customer satisfaction by 15% through implementation of improved service offerings, KPI and SLA best practices, remote location of service personnel and building a core competency of technical expertise.

Earlier in her career, Marion held similar positions at Stream International (acquired Corporate Software), both in the Services and Operations organizations for more than six years. Prior to Stream, Marion worked at NYNEX, as well as holding various senior management positions at a non-profit group where she managed overall operations and was responsible for securing funding.

Marion received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics, and has published various technical papers in her career.
