i-Communicate Application Suite
The i-Communicate application suite delivers a wide range of real-time applications that deliver a next-generation communications experience for subscribers – incorporating rapidly emerging technologies, such as SMS text messaging and social media, across TVs, PCs, and mobile and landline phones.
The i5 Converged Services Platform (i5 CSP) enables video and voice providers to easily incorporate advanced subscriber-level personalization and active call control features to these services. Subscribers can set up a network-based address book; personalize the applications using photos, tones, nicknames, fonts and banner colors; and control which devices in their home receive which services. In addition, i-Click™ functionality allows subscribers to take action in real time with “click to call” abilities.
