Integra5's Meredith Flynn-Ripley Recognized for Outstanding Leadership by Mass Technology Leadership Council

Chief Operating Officer Named a Finalist in 2006 Mass Technology Leadership Awards

BURLINGTON, Mass. Äì July 12, 2006 Äì Integra5, the pioneer in blending quad-play service bundles into personalized converged services across TV, PC and mobile devices, today announced that Meredith Flynn-Ripley, chief operating officer, has been named a finalist in the Mass Technology Leadership Council Äôs 2006 Mass Technology Leadership Awards. Meredith Flynn-Ripley and other finalists were named at an event held at the British Consulate on June 28 in Boston.

The only awards program to recognize outstanding achievement in both the development and implementation of information technology, the Mass Technology Leadership Awards honor Massachusetts companies and individuals who best exemplify leadership and excellence in business and technology. The awards program builds on the traditions of the Massachusetts Software Council and the New England Business and Technology Association (NEBATA), the two organizations that merged last year to form the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council.

Flynn-Ripley has over 20 years of technology management experience, with the last 10 years focused exclusively on the marketing and delivery of broadband cable networks, applications and services. ¬ She has served as President & CEO of three private broadband software companies in the Boston area, and has held senior management positions at Road Runner, MediaOne and Ogilvy & Mather Direct.¬ Under her direction, Integra5 Äôs award winning i5 Converged Services Delivery Platform (i5 C-SDP) is rapidly becoming the standard for enabling cable and IPTV service providers to compete for market share with the delivery of unique, converged voice, video, data and mobile content in compelling applications that drive revenue and enhance customer value.

"The impact of Meredith Äôs leadership can be felt well beyond the Massachusetts' technology community," said Gary Lauder of Lauder Partners, an investor in Integra5. "With Meredith Äôs guidance, Integra5 is establishing a new paradigm for delivering converged IP communications to consumers around the world, creating product synergies across the silos for the first time, and helping service providers to reduce capital and operational expenditures, and increase average revenue per subscriber and reduce churn."¬

"The Mass Technology Leadership Council is committed to fostering entrepreneurship and promoting the success of companies that develop and deploy technology across industry sectors.¬ These awards are an important part of this effort," said Joyce Plotkin, president of the Mass Technology Leadership Council. "The finalists for this year Äôs honors represent the spirit of innovation, the history of accomplishment and the future promise that define the Massachusetts technology community."

Winners of the awards will be announced on October 11, at an Awards Banquet to be held at the Boston Marriott Copley Place Hotel on Wednesday, October 11. The Banquet will also feature a keynote address by Bruce Chizen, CEO of Adobe.¬
