Integra5's Meredith Flynn-Ripley Named "Executive of the Year" in 2006 Mass Technology Leadership Awards

CEO recognized for guiding Integra5 to leadership position in emerging "convergence" marketplace by Mass Technology Leadership Council

BURLINGTON, Mass. - October 17, 2006 - Integra5, the pioneer in enabling service providers to blend quad-play bundles into converged services for simultaneous delivery across TVs and PCs, today announced that Chief Executive Officer Meredith Flynn-Ripley has been named "Executive of the Year" in the 2006 Technology Leadership Awards from the Mass Technology Leadership Council (MTLC). Flynn-Ripley and other winners were recognized in an awards ceremony held at the Boston Marriott Copley on October 11.

The Mass Technology Leadership Awards honor Massachusetts companies and individuals who best exemplify leadership and excellence in business and technology. The awards program builds on the traditions of the Massachusetts Software Council and the New England Business and Technology Association (NEBATA), the two organizations that merged last year to form the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council.

"The Mass Technology Leadership Council is committed to fostering entrepreneurship and promoting the success of companies that develop and deploy technology across industry sectors. These awards are an important part of this effort," said Joyce L. Plotkin, president of the Mass Technology Leadership Council. "This year's 'Executive of the Year' winner, Meredith Flynn-Ripley of Integra5, represents the spirit of innovation, the history of accomplishment and the future promise that define the Massachusetts technology community."

Flynn-Ripley has more than 20 years of technology management experience, with the last 10 years focused exclusively on the marketing and delivery of broadband cable networks, applications and services. She has served as president & CEO of three private broadband software companies in the Boston area, and has held senior management positions at Road Runner, MediaOne and Ogilvy & Mather Direct. Under her direction, Integra5's award-winning i5 Converged Services Delivery Platform (i5 C-SDP) is rapidly becoming the standard for enabling cable and IPTV service providers to compete for market share with the delivery of converged voice, video, data and mobile content in compelling applications that drive revenue and enhance customer value.

"The success of a company is much more than one person, so this award is truly a recognition of Integra5's skilled team, product innovation, strong partnerships and - of course - the many worldwide cable and IPTV service provider deployments of our unique brand of converged services and applications," said Flynn-Ripley, CEO, Integra5. "On behalf of Integra5, we are proud and honored to be recognized for our efforts by our peers in the Massachusetts technology community."

The 2006 Awards program began with an open nomination process. More than 150 nominations were received for the awards. Thirty-four companies and eighteen individuals were announced as finalists at two executive networking sessions held during the summer. Final selections were made by a select group of leaders and influencers in the Massachusetts technology community, and finalists were evaluated based on recent achievements in making significant contributions to the industry, customers and their businesses.
